For those who have signed up or plan on signing up to receive their free online subscriptions, please fill out the form completely or The Gazette cannot authorize your user name/password.

In order for us to process your subscription, we require the following authentic information:

1) First and last name
2) Email address
3) Home address (including street or box number, city/town, postal code)
4) Telephone number (including area code if outside Saskatchewan)

If this authentic information is not included, your account will automatically be deleted and you will be required to re-submit the information.

Also, correct and authentic information is needed in case we need to contact you for contest winning or we release concert pre-buy codes, etc.
